This new housing complex is located in a former industrial site, in a close proximity of an important infrastructure nod - the West Train Station. The complex consists of apartments (both regular and social housing), a space for material production activities and of a commercial/common space as, for example, a nursery school. Demolition of existing warehouses allows to free a significant interior site in order to create a green medium zone that stimulates the interaction between housing units, their inhabitants and the users of economic activities.
